Come join Bike Ohio and Arborwear on Sunday, November 11th, as we help support Cleveland Area Mountain Bike Association in maintaining and finishing East Rim.
Bike Ohio and Arborwear will be providing food as well as hosting swag giveaways for volunteers.
Meet at the trailhead parking lot at 9AM, and we'll wrap up around 1PM. If you can't make the start or finish times, no problem. Just come out for ANY amount of time to help us finish this fantastic new trail. Plus, participating as a volunteer is important for our evolving mtb community, it's very rewarding, and it's a great way to give back to the trail!
The focus will be to maintain phase 2 while finishing work on Edson Run, the new yet-to-be-officially-opened downhill section that Alex and Sprectrum Trail Design built over the past 2 seasons.

Lake-Geauga Recovery Centers, Inc. is a private non-profit agency providing continuous service to the community since 1971. The Ride for Recovery is a fundraiser to help support the numerous programs provided to people on the path to recovery from substance use disorder or problem gambling.

We will have a full range of the sweetest new mountain, road, and fitness bikes from both Santa Cruz and Cannondale for you to experience.
This event will be totally free and totally awesome! The dog's name is Hank, he too is awesome, and yes he may make a guest appearance.
Welcome to the Bike Ohio Monday night group ride. This is a no-drop ride ranging from 15-25 miles (depending upon route) with flats and hills, and an average speed of 14-16mph. Ride meets every Monday leaving shop promptly at 6pm. The goal of the ride is to make newer riders feel comfortable in a group setting, get additional miles for more experienced riders and enjoy the scenic beauty of Geauga, Portage and Cuyahoga Counties.
We will hold a post ride social once a month which will include a raffle for participants from the month's rides!

In conjunction with Kenston Community Education, the Staff of Bike Ohio and volunteers will be teaching kids (or anyone!)how to ride a bicycle.
Parents and children should arrive at the park at 9 am. There will be a general meeting where we discuss the basics. Each kid's bicycle is then checked by a certified mechanic. Then parents and volunteers all split off with a child and we run down a gentle grassy slope aiding the balance of the kid until they learn on their own. Each participant needs a functional, operationally safe bicycle and a helmet.
Parents are heavily encouraged to participate and run with their kids. IF THE WEATHER IS QUESTIONABLE, PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL AND FACEBOOK IN THE MORNING FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS.
We'll be teaching you what to look out for when purchasing a bike for the first time. Whether it's from us, another shop, or from your neighborhood garage sale, we just want to empower you to get the right bike for your needs!
